Vessel condition surveys are vital for: identifying any damages, helping with the upkeep of the ship; before and after a chartered voyage (on-hire / off-hire) to protect the interests and rights of parties involved; and in the instance of a vessel purchase for a fair appraisal. Vietcontrol has expert hold, hull, deck and machinery surveyors, capable of detailed inspections of all areas of the vessel.

Bunker surveys accurately measure oil quantity onboard the vessel before and after a chartered voyage (on-hire / off-hire), and after bunker delivery is in the interest of all parties involved. Vietcontrol surveyors can reliably conduct Bunker surveys at any ports or anchorages across Vietnam.

Before loading any cargo into cargo holds, it is in the interest of all parties to guarantee that the hatch covers are weathertight. While Vietcontrol can also conduct a Hose Test Survey on request, we recommend the Hatch Ultrasonic Survey as it more accurately identifies leakages for efficient repair.We conduct our Ultrasonic Survey using Martek’s Hatchtite – Ultrasonic Hatch Cover Testing Device; imported from the United Kingdom for accurate, reliable results.
